MICHAEL ERKKINEN has been designing and building for over 30 years. His focus has always been on using earth based geometry to create structures that are beautiful and timeless, while using modern technology to decrease footprint and increase durability. When not working on land, he can be found wandering the coast of Maine on his traditional fishing schooner. He enjoys not only the process of designing and building things, but connecting with kindred spirits in creating long lasting structures and relationships. ​
